COVID 19 - STUDIO GUIDANCE JULY 2020

Test and Protect - I require a contact telephone number for clients, which is held for 4 weeks and may be forwarded to contact tracing officials in the unlikely event of anyone from my household contracting COVID-19

COVID-19 Screening. Before your appointment, you must check if you or any family members (including those you have been in close contact with) have any of the following symptoms ;

• recent onset of a new continuous cough?

• a high temperature?

• a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?

• if you or anyone you have had contact with recently, have any of these symptoms, however mild, you should stay at home and reschedule your appointment

On arrival, I require all adults to wear a face covering. Children under 5 do not require to wear a face covering. I have a hand sanitising station set up for use before you head downstairs to my studio.

I will maintain social distance from adults throughout the session (and I will be wearing a face covering throughout). I do not require to socially distance from children under the age of 11. You will be invited to remove your face covering for the duration of time you will be photographed. We can do family photos early in the session to minimise face touching. Hand sanitiser will be available for use before and after touching your face covering.

In person viewing of your images is currently unavailable. Instead, I can offer a viewing gallery online for your images, available for 24 hours, with a follow up video consultation. Payments can be made via online banking or over the telephone by card.
